Mr. Nanda Kumar Parthasarathy

Founding Director and Board member

With over three decades of industry experience, Nanda Kumar Parthasarathy began his career in sales and marketing before moving into financial services, where he founded and successfully managed a support services company in Sydney. He later co-founded a software company in Chennai, further deepening his entrepreneurial and leadership expertise. Having lived and worked across India, the UAE, and Australia, he brings a global outlook, strategic vision, and a strong commitment to people-first leadership at Shatayuh Jeevanam Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd.

Founding Director and Board member

Senior Manager, Retired - Indian Overseas Bank with over 35 years of experience. Also, headed 2 rural and semi-urban branches, 3 metropolitan branches with experience in Advances and ForEx.

Dr. Sundar Raman, BAMS

CTO, Founding Director and Board member

Dr. Sundara Raman, BAMS medalist, is the Founder and Director of the Nilgiris Ayurvedic Treatment Centre Pvt Ltd, (trading as Mountain Top Clinic). He has practiced and taught Ayurveda for more than 20 years. His professional competence combined with a humane holistic approach has brought great trust among the local community as well as among many international patients. His ongoing consultations and teaching of Ayurveda has continued for more than a decade, and additionally, he has given seminars and workshops in the USA, Europe, and Japan. He has published on many specialized topics in Ayurveda journals and is editor of an online Ayurveda Quarterly for a more general audience. Currently, his research interests focus on Healthcare and Technology. Dr. Sundara has been recognized by the community for his ongoing health contributions and leadership.
